TOBU JAPAN Shipping Policy

This policy governs all orders placed on www.tobujapan.com, operated by TOBU JAPAN, a Japan-based luggage and travel goods retailer.
1. Shipping Coverage
TOBU JAPAN currently delivers to all regions within Japan, including remote islands and rural areas.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tokyo, Japan.
2. Shipping Fees
All orders placed on www.tobujapan.com qualify for free standard shipping within Japan.
There are no minimum purchase requirements.
3. Delivery Carrier
All shipments are handled by Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato), Japan’s leading courier service.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor delivery status or arrange redelivery if needed.
4. Delivery Date & Time Selection
During checkout, customers may select an optional delivery date and time slot (subject to carrier availability).
This service is provided through Yamato Transport.
5. Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your package, Yamato Transport will leave a delivery notice.
You may arrange redelivery directly using the tracking number provided.
6. Order Processing & Delivery Time
- orders placed before 12:00 PM (Japan time) on business days are typically shipped the same day
- orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship on the next business day

1–2 business days for most regions of Japan
Up to 4–11 days for remote islands and certain rural areas - Shipping is processed Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays.
Express shipping is not currently available.
