1. 30-Day Return Policy

TOBU JAPAN offers a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused
  
• Undamaged
  
• In original condition and packaging

2. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for:

• Shipping the product to TOBU JAPAN for inspection
  
• Return shipping after service (unless otherwise stated)
  

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• A full refund of the product price will be issued if the item meets return conditions
  
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  

Shipping fees are not refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Japanese consumer law.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
  
• Final-sale items listed on the “Final Call” or clearance page (unless defective)

7. Returns for Sets & Discounted Products

If you purchased a bundle, set, or discounted promotion:

• You may return the product within 30 days
  
• If only part of a set is returned, the promotional discount will be voided, and the discount amount will be deducted from the refund

8. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with the Japanese Consumer Contract Act and Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, ensuring transparency, fairness, and customer protection.
